Default The" honk the horn " gesture.............

I had a kid give me the " Honk the Horn " gesture. I was wondering if kids still did this. I thought it was pretty cool.

I was going through a small town in western Ohio last year, around the end of May. Well, I guess the school was giving the kids an outing to the local Dairy Queen. When I came through there it was amazing to see 50+ kids doin the "Honk your horn". Of course, I laid on it

I used to see it several times a week while running OTR.

I get it all the time, I usually honk unless I think I might startle someone and cause an accident.

Sure, I get kids gesturing to me from cars and the sidewalks. I even get some grown men & women asking me to honk my horn. Like Terrylamar said, I do make sure beforehand that it's not going to cause any trouble by doing it. The people enjoy it and I do as well.

I get a kick out of it. It brings a smile to my face especially when you honk and the kid is cheering and waves back. That's way cool.

Usually it's kids with the back window of a pickup truck open, leaning out.
