You have completed your route to Atlanta on time. You collected $1,752.76 of which Canadian Freightways collected $262.91 from that total to leave you with a total collection of $1,489.85. Your driver rating is now 13.02.

Now I gotta sit until morning - out of hours

I'm driving for Canadian Freightways. Averaging about 940 per day.

I ran the lumber load from St. Louis to Veracruz and got $3600 for it.

On my way from Dallas to Charlotte hoping to get one of the electronics loads going to La Paz. Then I'm going to sell this 1989 Volvo and take out a couple loans to get something faster.

Driving this route of Electronics from Charlotte to La Paz will earn your driver $1.63 per mile, a total of $3748.68 for the entire route. Your company specializes in this cargo type so you will receive a 5% bonus for delivery. If you are late you will be fined $50.00 per day that you are late.

Wow - companies are bidding incredibly low on freight contracts. Wondering when they're gonna start changing their names to Swift, JB, etc. I can pull most of that freight for a higher price and not be on a contract run doing it.

Hey everyone. I have been playing this game for awhile. Ran the first two months as an independent and then could not be on for about a month so I am not as high in money or truck as I should be.

I don't know if anyone has mentioned this stuff yet but before you sell your truck make sure that you repair it first. Do not refuel but repairing will add some money to it. Also if you have any items on your truck that sells with truck make sure that you repair first and then sell the items seperately before selling the truck. This way your truck value will be the same and you will make some money (after depreciation) on the items.

I have also never been nailed for 5mph over. I just would not recomend going over this.

Best of luck to you all,
Popeye

Default CAD Trucking, Inc.

We've discussed the possibility of starting a company based on drivers from CAD on Trukz. Well, I'm really starting to like the idea of doing just that. I'm still a couple thousand short of starting the company myself, but am building it quick.

If you're interested, I've created a forum for discussing CAD Trucking. This may help out a little - to keep us more organized.

If you're interested, here's the web link:
http://cadtrucking.freeforums.org

I hope that there's no problems with CAD with us creating a company based on their name. I've included the CAD website address in the header of the forums.

Anyway - feel free to join if you want. If you do sign-up to the forum, please make a post in the Welcome New Users forum stating your username here on CAD and also your username on Trukz (just to keep each other straight as to who we are).

Even if we don't end up starting our own company, this would be a great place to discuss Trukz

Thanks.

http://cadtrucking.freeforums.org Sounds like not only a great place for members here to discuss the game but also to let others that are playing the game find out about this great site right here as well

I'm not doing as well as I'd like to be with my virtual driver....guess most likely I just need to get a few more things figured out with the game....I delivered a late load today, matter of I didn't figure my hours properly earlier in the day here....just a little bit late still counts up as whole day late though...I had to repair my truck so many times on the last route I really lost count of how many repairs I had to do, then each repair costs cash as well as fatigue points.....hoping to get my driver rested up and on a good run to recoup some of the expenses from that mess.........
