The only problem with our own company is this: we don't have enough members to get any good contracts.

We could be really good if we wait it out,we have an excellent way of communicating from this forum and we could use that to our advantage,just be paitent and take advantage of other company contracts,I might suggest Canadian Freightways,they have some stellar contracts right now.
