Actually it is legal to run capps on steers, but it is not recomended for over-the-road applications.

Well,we were using Bridgestone,but now we are going to Goodyears on the steers. I did notice one of the trucks at the warehouse had a set of Goodyears on the drives. Maybe,they wont be going through so many band aids with Goodyear.

You guys should watch this video. Michelin testers wired a blasting cap with C4 plastic explosives to one of those super singles to test rapid air loss/blowouts on a tanker full of water grossing 78,000 pounds [/hijack] sorry

 We were driving Dad to Fort Smith this morning on I-40. Ahead of us I saw rubber flying through the air from a big rig. Yep, you guessed it, a recap was coming apart. He managed to wrestle it to a stop on the side of the highway and I can imagine blue smoke coming out of that driver's mouth!! 8) 8)
