Gotta go to San Diego, ChapChap! Will take this up again when I return. It's an interesting topic.

For the record, our dictionaries are different. Mine included the phrase "sometimes OVERLY strict adherence" while yours included the Christian ideal of "good works." I didn't see that as part of your original post, I'll have to re-think. But, I doubt much of my replies will change. :lol:

Good works don't get you to Heaven. But, then again, doing the speed limit is NOT considered "good works."
