Here is where I have an issue.

You use the word theory, when I think a better word would be idea.

Arn't they pretty much the same? Idea, I have an Idea. Theory, I have a Theory.
Either way arn't they somthing that might be worth believing? So why do you have an issue? Dont most theory's start with an idea? and most idea's based off theory?

I am not understanding this, That you have an issue.
A theory is something that is open to be proved, or disproved. And if it is disproved, then you have to admit that you where wrong.

That is why you cannot teach Creation as a Science. If you believe in God and creation, no matter what evidence I show you to the contrary you will not buy into it. That is because you Believe in God and Creation.

An idea is something that you can pull out of thin air no matter whether it is based on science or a belief system.

You are "borrowing" a word that cannot be used as it sits outside of the context of your argument.

You believe in God and Creation, and want to use the word theory as it applies to Darwins "theory" of evolution.

I believe in God and Creation and accept that there is enough scientific evidence to see that Darwins "theory" is actually factual. A better way to say it now would be to say "Darwins Fact of Evolution"

It is as much a fact to me as knowing that the Andromeda Galaxy is 2.5 million light years from Earth. I do not need to actually measure the distance by going there to know that. It is a fact and can be proved by using science.

If you drop something where there is gravity it falls. A fact of science.

Andromeda is 2.5 million light years away. A fact of science.

Darwin's fact of evolution. A fact of science.

God created the universe and all that is in it. A belief.

Slimland

Does it really matter whether it's an opinion, theory, or idea? We advertise to the world that we have religious freedom. Any one of us is free to believe as we choose.

So... Why are you "shoving" your beliefs down "our" throats?????

Are you trying to convince us or YOURSELF?????

Do you remember the part that says: "He who exalts himself shall be humbled, and he who humbles himself shall be exalted"????

Why do you pick out the parts that appeal to you, and leave out the parts that don't???

Our Atomic Clock is set by the way the star's move, it has an error factor of less than 3 seconds per millinium, The earth is posistioned at an exact 23 degree angle, this is no mistake, Gravity no mistake, Adromeda 2.5 million light years, no mistake. The stars and heavens are the workmanship of God, and testify of Him. They are shouting there is a God.

Darwinism, in its purest form, even by His quote's proclaim a God! Sciense proves a God. The bible tells us Creation itself will help us understand. If there is a design, There is a designer, if there is a painting a painter, if there is a mirical there is a God.

Thanks for the diffrence in Idea, and Theory!

I thought this was a discussion on the Big Bang Theory, so I was just stating how I think it happend. I am not pushing my belief on anyone.
What parts did I pick I believe I have answerd everything that was discussed in my Idea, theory, belief, whatever you want to call it.
So the true question would be, am I trying to convince you? No, it was a discussion that is all. Take it how you want it.

Here is a therory, let's say God made man in His image, ok. Now we have the perfect being. This perfect being become's imperfect through sin, the sin of not believing God. Now through the Age's his or thier blood line "or Gean's become less and less because of sin." So therfor it is a slow depletion of the perfect being. And Why? Because of Unbelief, The ultimate Law, once broken, produces Sins and causing them to be excedingly sinful, therfor the concious pulls away, from the creator, knowing the sinfulness of themselves. So God sends the Word, to die for man, once the Word died, the Law was dead. Therfor man cannot be held accountable if no law is ineffect, Now the Word comes back to life, to give new life to the man, all man has to do is believe. "Again the garden", the man still dead because of the former law, cannot live untill he accepts, the law giver's gift of Grace. "He paid a debt He did not Owe".

But why the Law? Because as littleman said God is subject to His own law.
Darwin said "He must be duality, and consist of the manafest and the non-manafest"
Duality being the maker of all, including Good and Evil.

This is just more spin and biblical born threats. Ever try anwering the question posed? There are many stories in the bible that are simply insulting to anyone who can think above the level of a bowl of corn meal mush. The Arc is one of them. Next comes the ever laughable whale story.

I did answer the question posed, you just refuse it as the answer, that is fine I do not expect you to agree, it is my belief, and opinion.
I use the stories to illistrate, my idea, or belief, whatever you want to call it.

I am not saying Y'all are wrong, That is Not the Issue, The Issue was the big bang, I just gave my side, and it coresponds and makes sense, at least to me it does.

So I will step out of this conversation, since I have Offended some, with my Idea.

So, there was a huge mass of.... something here. Then, something went BANG and bits and pieces flew all over. How did they get rolled up into balls, instead of a lot of pieces like the astroid belt? Hammering into each other... Like "swedged"?

The scientific definition of Proof is

The validation of a proposition by application of specified rules, as of induction or deduction, to assumptions, axioms, and sequentially derived conclusions.

And the direction of this thread is science, right?

In the end, if you need proof to believe in your God, I challenge the steadfastness of your belief in the first place.

If you could prove God to me, then I think that the proof itself would invalidate HIM in my eyes.

In that sense, it is wonderful that GOD is not provable. As then I am able to define the difference in myself between science and GOD.

Gravity.

On the moon, you can jump up in "air" 20 feet, on earth, 3 feet, on Jupiter you could not get off of the ground.

The larger the body, the greater the gravity. Even a large body of loose rocks, has its own gravity.

The larger the body, the more it falls in on itself. Hence, if you have a large enough body of anything, it will compress. That is what made stars and planets and moons. Or so the THEORY says, anyway.

Okay... But, now, where do you, as a human, fit into the BIG BANG theory???? Planets, mass, and matter.... ROCKS!!!

Rocks stick together, pressure creates volcanoes, volcanoes create heat, Heat creates water and atmosphere, Water and oxygen create slime, slime turns to fish, fish turn to mammals, mammals evolve to humans.

Of course, many men are slime, so they jumped two stages of evolution.

That is how Man evolved.

We all know that woman came from sugar, spice and everything nice.

( I am sucking up here, in case you did not notice)
