Back in Jan 07, I was a brand-new driver just 3 months out of Scheisser (oops... I meant Schneider) National's driving school. My team partner & I were headed thru Baton Rouge about to cross over Ole' Miss. There were 2 kids on rice rockets hot-doggin it thru midday traffic, like Han Solo thru the asteroid field... zipping between cars, passin on the left shoulder- just plain showin off! Suddenly, out of nowhere, Baton Rouge PD gets on their asses and busts them! Best laugh I had all day!

not sure if this the right place to post this but i justed started a new job on the 29th of last month was out 19 days nothing unusual there was out 10 days and got a call from the BOSS was thinking ok wants me to stay out a few more days what he had to say i almost dropped my phone he asked if i was ready to get home. not what you expect to hear

I am a tanker driver in ca. I have been hauling fuel in san francisco for 7 years (this was in 94) and at nite. San Francisco there are no left turns and this one station had the fills in an awkward spot which made it easy for me to unload if i made a left turn on a street the did not allow trucks, i have done it for 7 years. So i get out of my truck its 11:30 pm and heres this 6/f 8 black motorbike cop and he say's (pointing his finger) you see that sign? it say's no trucks, i looked at him and i looked at the sign and pointed, That sign says no black trucks, my truck is blue. This guy turns away from me and i can see his body jumping trying not to laugh, and he turns back and with a big stupid half grin from trying not to laugh just nods and says have a good nite. True story.

That's a good one. Having lived in the Bay Area, I can attest to the no left turns thing. I take it you were going down Market Street? If so, it's good that it was late at night. Taking a left on Market during the day is a death wish.

This just happened today! - Police arrest naked man at CHP truck scales in Fairfield
"Paramedics, along with California Highway Patrol and Fairfield police officers, lift a handcuffed man to place him on a stretcher after he was subdued near the truck scales on eastbound Interstate 80, Wednesday afternoon. The man crashed his car on the side of westbound I-80, then, wearing only underwear, ran across all lanes of Interstate 80. The man, while crossing the interstate, showed motorists his middle finger while removing his underwear. After ignoring command from officers, the man allegedly assaulted an officer by kicking him the head and breaking the visor on his motorcycle helmet.
