Thanks you Lady_hpm.
I am actually going to be stopping by the school tomorrow to have a chat on what course would be best for me to take.
But I am not going to make this decision too quick, because things are really up in the air with my current job(Computer techy)
I may have a chance to hang on through the summer. And if I can do that, then I can keep making what I make now for a little longer and save as much as I can before I take the starting salary of a new job/career.

Hello again Lady_hpm. I see that you will be taking your road test in about three weeks. Well; I can say that should be more than enough time to brush up on your shifting skills. It took me a little while when I was in school too. Double clutching was interesting for me. I had some goofy times trying to get it down packed in the 6-speed, but before I knew it...It just came to me with practice. They also had a 10-speed and a 9-speed at the school. With the 10-speed, floating through the gears was fun and I picked that up quicker just because I liked it more.

But anyway; I am sure you will do just fine...Keep smiling and absorb all you can in school.

Bye the way, I spoke with the owner at Star Trucking School this morning.
http://www.startruckdrivingschool.com/
He(the owner) suggested taking a 40 HR refresher course. But I may even take it a step further and go for a 160 HR course. I know that is probably over kill, but you know what? I never heard of having too much practice or learning too much.

All in all; only time will tell when I will start up with school again. I just got word from my boss today that the computer lab that I supervise will be the last thing to close. So; I am pretty confident that I may get through this entire summer without having to make a job change.

Well, aren't I a bit slow on the response? LOL :P

Yes, I took up with Freight Star. If you happen to be running East Coast, or upper Midwest and get passed by a purple Freightshaker midroof, hellbent in the hammer lane, it's probably me. 8)
