With what was mentioned in this thread, i'd refuse to leave the yard with faulty equipment and get fired before i had an accident or killed someone or both and have it placed on my professional driving record. If i got fired from that company, i know another company may hire me..There are few companies that will hire someone with a preventable accident on their professional driving record.
