Default "TruckLogger - Drivers Daily Log"

Hi fellow drivers, have you guys seen this new drivers daily log software? It's called TruckLogger (http://www.trucklogger.com). I think it is much easier to use and has more option than the DDL and it only cost $59.99 instead of $95.00 for DDL.[/url]

I'm gonna give it a try. It's got a 60 day trial at least.

Actually, unless you are a trucking company, you don't need the DDL full version, the lite version is only $50.00 and does everything the average driver needs.

DDL has served me well, and I highly recommend the original DDl to everyone! DOT officers love it, the software is updated constantly with Bruce in constant touch with FMCSA officials getting interpretations of rules and providing rapid support.

Check out how many MAJOR companies use the DDL software. It has to be accurate for that many majors to use it. Cheap is not better when it comes to logging! Violations can cost you big bucks!

I know there are several logging programs out there and others may be good but I will stick with Bruce.

I've been using DDL since Bruce was still a driver and it was free-ware and not accepted by the DOT. I have never had an issue with the DOT anywhere while using it and in fact most all of them know thier way around the program so all I have to do is hand them my laptop and the take it from there.

I'm sure there are other options but DDL is king and Bruce is the one who started it all (and did all the leg work to get federal approval). Werner and all the other companies running "paperless" logs need to thank the little guy who from the cab of his truck paved the way for the rest of them.
