Hi I'm a fleet manager in a reefer trucking company. Sometimes we have alarm code which you can delete from guarded access menu only. But some unit wont allow you to do that . After you do pressing button combination to go to guarded access it says "GUARDED ACCESS NOT AVAILABLE" while other units allow you to do that.
Anyone meet that kinda problem or know how to do it?
