Default T660 'bird perch' antenna mounts

Since I'm finally pondering the install of a dual-band ham radio in the KW, I've been looking for a good spot to put the antenna. I've seen the FedEx guys using something that looked like the Volvo-style bird perch setups, and I was wondering if they had the same thread pattern. Any info on this (and where I could find a spare 10A of current, outside of the CB circuit) would be appreciated.

Dont know about the thread pattern but for the 10A you can tie directly into fuse box with a 10A fusible link from radio shack or your local hvac supply house is a good source for different type fuse conectors. They should have the same kind that is in the truck so if it ever blows you just pull old one out and replace it.
