The dump valve on the rear axle of my spread axle flat recently "took a dump" on me. It was a Peter/Paul valve. I couldn't find a Peter/Paul to replace it with so I put on a Haldex. I'm not satisfied with it at all, it's way too slow to exhaust the rear bags.
I would like to find something even faster than the Peter/Paul valve, if possible. What brand of dump valves are you guys using? Where can I get one? Thanks guys.

The last dump valve that I bought came from Truckpro. I don't recall the name, but it dumps and refills very quickly. Truckpro or Fleetpride should have them. I have found my local people are very knowledgeable about the products they sell. You could also check with some of the trailer dealers to see what they recommend.

yeah GMAN I've called some places and asked about the Peter/Paul and only one trailer place was familiar with the brand. The other guys were lost. I did find a couple on ebay last night, one P/Paul and the other was a Hendrickson, I believe.
Thanks for the reply.

Figured out my problem yesterday. Apparently Haldex marked the valve as a "open valve" when in fact it is a "closed valve." I'm going to take the valve back to Baltimore Freightliner and see if they'll exchange it but I'm not too optimistic. We'll see.
