Differential not locking!

This forces the torque to go to the front axle, since the rear is locked via the brakes. Traction control systems do this in a different manner.
Not quite sure how you would do that. I just built the air up to 125 psi, shut the truck off, and it dropped to 100 psi in about a minute.

Take off the air line that leads to the lock and see if air comes out when you flip the switch. It is possible the the lock is frozen from non use.

I'll try that next time im sitting during the day. Its a pain to find it though with the catwalk that covers the entire frame over it, probably would have to drop the trailer to get at it.

the lever in the dash that locks the pdl may be leaking. take the 2 screws out & spray some soapy water on the air line going to it, then flip the switch back & forth & see if it leaks.
