Much faster. You have to keep on top of your out of route, fuel milage, ticket, inspections, $$ to the truck. You can drop like a rock.

I figured as much......i asked because BND stated that a lot was due to him running hard because his wife was out of the country, so I am wondering how long he will be able to stay at the 32% mark.

terrylamar 06-01-2007 03:02 PM

He has a good work ethic, he will stay up there. Sometimes it is factors beyond your control. Hard workers make money, slacker, well.............

yeah, last week i was kept in the NE, and was climbing some serious mountains, so i thought that i'll lose a% or two, and would have been happy, if i could have kept the 31% i had. Than my FM sends me the message that i'm 32%. That made my day pretty quick...

I hope i'll be able to keep it up too though...

As i always say, Honesty, integrity, hard work, and keeping at it goes a long way.

AND i gotta give credit where it's due.

If my trainer would not have tought me the "fast" way of securing, having a whole gameplan about it, i would not be here. It happened quite a couple of times, that i'm in line, waiting to get loaded, the guy in front of me gets loaded with the same load as i have, same tomeframe, and i get loaded after he's done, than still leave faster than him, and I used more securement, and my tarps look better too.

Cudos to you Von. You da man. You keep up your good work, and maybe we'll have less dingdongs on the road.

K gotta go to Church.

also i'm in my truck from 2/15/07 a typo.

peace, BND

Miles

Boy Next Door....

40,000 miles in 4 months. With my company you wouldn't even qualify for a bonus at that rate.

My last 4 months.....51,855 miles. And I didn't even have to tarp a load.
90% drop and hook. Come to work for a real company.....

Awww...I am so proud.

Good job man. I will take any credit that I can but many of my trainees have gone back to their personal level of lazy. You, young Paduan, are mostly responsible for your own success.

As I might have said once or twice, "I am more that willing to supply the toilet paper, you are ultimately responsible for wiping your a**."

Percentage

Yeah, I remember when I was at 32%. Say goodbye to all the high dollar loads when you are empty at the same place where a 27% guy is sitting empty.

Why is it, when someone is doing good, and happy with their success, some moron has to try and ruin it? Some of you, if you have nothing good to say, go aggrevate someone else.

Dollar

You were never at 32%
