I've talked to several drivers out of Charlotte, NC. They are all happy more or less. I guess it is true that the terminal you work out of makes all of the difference. Thats true for every company as each has its own people and personality.
Not finding an empty in LaLa Land is the same for every company out there as is the freight especially in the winter. Its like finding something in South Florida. I would hesitate to base my employment future with a company on the recommendation of one obviously disgruntled employee.

if i told people how i truly felt about the world, life, and everything else, i think the cops would be called on me. i wrote a paper during high school about my feelings. a few days later, i found myself sitting in my counselor's office along with the vice principle, and a campus cop. they were all asking me questions if i had feelings of harming my schoolmates. i didn't. that's back when columbine was still fresh in people's memory.
ever read phillip anselmo's stuff on his views back when pantera was still kicking ass and taking names all over the world? there's some rare interviews of him expressing his views, too, and it's pretty gnarly stuff.
