Conway Truckload. For an over-thr-road gig it's pretty good. As with every single company out there, there's a few things I'd like to see changed (forced dispatch for one and less "lecturing" dispatchers for another)

I'm at Air Products after 11 years at Roadway Express. I really enjoy this job and hope to be here until my time on the road is over.

The Less Lecturing Dispatchers is predominantly come about because the quality of drivers that want to work/know what they are doing has gone down hill the last couple years. Then again, one can point the finger at the recruiters who give them the OK to sign on as well. Dispatching has become babysitting.

The Mr. is now driving for 'Dart', after the previous co. went belly-up in September. Things were going pretty good, he was making decent $, we were crawling out of the hole that Swift put us in a couple years before, and then...., wham! Its like starting all over again Not sure what to say about Dart just yet, its only been a few weeks, but I'm already having flashbacks of "swift", sigh.
