My borther has gotten on with swift. Not for sure it is the best company for him but he did get on with one which is great. he has went through the training and everything is now out with a trainer for six weeks. One thing i have to say about all of this is I dont agree with swifts training. How could they expect someone to learn how to drive a truck in three weeks? He spent the first two week learning how to back up the truck and spent four days learning how to drive it down the road... doesnt make much sense to me at all.

Well first of all it depends one how much time did he spend behind the wheel in training?? If he spent more than 2 hours a day driving then i think its more than enough unless and i don't mean this in an evil way if he's mentally challenged... And i think that's bull if swift spends two weeks of training time learning how to back!! Aint no way in hell!! if that was the case there wouldn't be all those Swift Horror Stories about backing up into trucks!!

I think three weeks balances out with 6 weeks with a trainer!! Which in my mind is hell!! I would of been damned if Schneider made me stay with that fool S.O.B for a month and a half away from fam!! Honestly speaking, once i was let lose i ended up learning things on my own which i probably would of never experienced in training...
