Actually it was the motivation I needed to get my ***** out of Kalifornia and across the river into Arizona.

Much happier living here now.

Anyone know anything about them? All That I know is that ive run into their guys in the midwest hauling insulation and stuff.

Just the ones that they are hiring for.

Cardinal also has:
Papa John's(PJ Foodservice)
Aqua Glass
Office Depot

They have more but those are the ones that I always run into. Cardinal took over Papa John's last year here in Pittsburgh. It was the first commissary they got(out of 10). I left Papa John's 2 months before the takeover:thumbsup:

They were the first company I leased on to. I did not lease a truck from them. I bought my own cheap truck. Ran local doing Home Depot, then I got on a dedicated door account. (Brosco) They lost it.
They are sneeky just like every big company.

I ended up becoming a settlement carrier for them in the end. Got my own authority so when they did not have work I would do other local P&D with my truck.

They are very slow. Guys on Long Island have become company guys now. $750 a week for 6 days. Not good.

They charged about $1600 to $1800 for a truck per month, plus maintinence miles at .10.
I knew two guys that finished their lease. One guy made a mistake and got another truck when he finished the first one. Bad, because he is starving right now and is losing money every week.

I did hear they lost Kraft Maid, not sure.

Don't lease a truck from them. If you decide to go with them, get your own truck and become a settlement carrier so you can go do other work, because they do not have enough.

They will lie to you also. The salary the guys made was about $25,000 after all your expenses and taxes.

Years ago when Home Depot was new the guys did fairly well. It has been downhill from then on in.

I left after the door account was lost. It was a short fast route, and I did other work and made out pretty good. Once that was gone I left and I have been out on my own.
