I'm surprised you guys aren't attacking the author more. He sort of bashed OTR pretty good there!:lol:

He is too easy of a target. I would rather bash on the Swift executive who is enjoying his companies "new found popularity". Lets's see. Drivers are losing their jobs. You are hiring. Of course drivers are going to come to you until they find a job with a better company if and when the economy turns around. Then it will be back to "If you have a pulse, we have a truck".

The gentleman who left Werner because he "felt like he was part of a carnival" but he now drives a city bus? I guess side show freaks dont ride the bus.

So who recruited the recruiters? Did they happen to tell the new recruiters how much more money they would make if they lease purchased their desks?
