Smile Thinking of swiching company (gainey corp to Marten transport)

Been with Gainey for 1 1/2 half now thinking of switching to marten I know there a few drivers who work for them on here just wanted to know a few things????

Miles a week
starting pay with 2 yrs
will they get me home when I need to get home on a certen dates what about this 50$ if they dont get you home on that date..
are they a company that constently runs the east coast and noware else
how many termanals do they have now???
Detetion pay will they pay ot screw with you on it
How about the equipment...
They always got you p/p for next load or are you sitting waiting on csr

Just curious.....if you're happy where you are then I am assuming Gainey is meeting all your needs. If all your needs are being met, then why change?

There was a story earlier in the year that Gainey was in financial trouble. He may want to go to a more secure company.

I doubt he's doing well at GTS ... I think there might be a few drivers that have years in at GTS that are on a couple of the rare dedicated jobs making ok money ,but most GTS drivers don't get any miles ,and cpm is low low low ...no apu...no freight...beat up equipment...don't pay for idleaire...only pay 50% DH miles 1st trip off home time...bitch about idletime weekly....hold pay from trips for 13days after empty ,which often takes 21 days to get paid with this b/c if the 13th day is after payroll cut-off you don't paid until next week ...I would easily say you could blindly jump to Marten, and be ahead .
