How are things going at Knight ...I re appplied to Knight/Crete/CFI after getting a couple months at current employer ,and got pre hired at the 3 ...But now that I have an 08-T-2000 and my average length of haul is about 700-800 miles per trip loaded I'm not so sure about jumping to Knight ,as the only thing I don't like here is I have almost 3yrs OTR and only making .33 CPM , but I get about 3k miles a week ...However I'd like to get 2700-3k miles a week at Cretes pay scale ...But just not driving a century , As I hate feeling like I got beat up at the end of every day from that freightliner smooth ride ... So I think until I find a company that runs 387's or T-2000's with runs of 700-800 miles and pays about 40CPM with good health benefits I'll stay here my take home pay this week was $850.00 which is what every check has been except my first week out last time after home time as Colorado is a dead freight lane for this company ,and it's hard getting a load out of here or to here , But other no real complaints I just think I can do better CPM wise , So I'm still looking . |
