Well I went to PTLs orientation in Murray, KY. I left at lunch.
Not impressed with the way thing were panning out. It was a combination of things that got to me, but the final straw was per diem. It was required. REQUIRED?? Its MY money and you're going to tell me if you will tax it or not? No.. see, and anyone here with any experience will tell you not to take per diem. Look it up, I won't explain it. Well, that was the deal breaker. If they were this inflexible before I got hired, I wasn't interested in hearing any more. Yes, I'm inflexible too. Well if you want any more of the limited info I have (like my opinion on the hotel or surrounding area and amenities), ask. My advice is don't come here as someone without experience. They force you to team, at 18cpm (36split) for a predetermined amount of time. Then you can upgrade to first seat and get a raise. Let's hear those I told you so's!!

She told me u have to team up for 30,000 miles!!!!! Thats ridiculous. They dont pay health benefits for 6 months either. I think id prefer 90 days in the stockade. At least u get fresh water and bread every day. |
