Yes, I get paid for all time on the job...unlike you coolies who work for piece-rate mileage pay. I don't live in/for the truck, nor do I spend my nights/weekends in truck stops, pickle parks, or deserted get-off ramps miles away from home.

Hourly pay with overtime after 8/40 hours on the job is the only way to truck. Enjoy sitting in those traffic jams for free! Thanks for keeping the prices low at the stores for me and my family...while you don't see yours for weeks! :lol:

So I take it you like it there CFM?
How about the linehaul drivers? I understand they are away from home more, but overall, can ya say anything about them?

I've started the hiring process with NEMF here in North East, Md as a p &d driver. Anyone have any opinions of these guys? Union is IAM,,,,machinists. Money doesnt seem too bad,,,, and home every nite and weekend. Love to hear any opinions. Thanks
