I have a friend there and he likes it but he knows pay and bennies could be better...but he likes his seniority. If you can get it I'd do it.

I went for an interview yesterday, talk with the terminal manager for about an hour, he said benefits are 100% for you and your family. Nothing cost you a dime. He says pay averages around $1000-$1300/week. Downside is, it sounds like your only home about 8-12 hours, a few times a week.
Just was wondering if anyone had any first hand experience with them.
I saw a thread on another message board, but all it was, was a bunch of whining about the union. blah.
