video cameras----everyone needs at least one aimed forward out the windshield at all times---CCTV cameras mounted on the mirror mounts would be nice too.

Depends 100% on the company, we had a driver that ran his truck off the end of a road at a Tee intersection and rolled it. They gave him a new 2008 Peterbilt when he got back to the yard.

It depends on your company's policy on accidents. If it is found that it was a un- preventable accident, I doubt you will be terminated. If it is determined it was a preventable accident it may just go on your record and that will be the end of that.

Now if it was your 2nd or 3rd preventable for example, than the outcome could be different.

Good Luck.
