This critter has already had a new turbo at about 140K, an EGR valve, and EGR cooler....so counting the original EGR valve...we're on number three!!

But whats really freaky...is that I got towed to the International Dealer in Mt. Airy, NC....and they had me in the shop at 0930 and "repaired" and out at 1530 ON THE SAME DAY!!!! Can you believe that???? Honest, they did....and its almost scary considering how most "cornbinder" dealers take forever just to look at the critters.....:hellno:

She be runnin' good now..... Hope she stay that way!!

Hot water, cold water....water isn't gonna do it.... They are going to need to do a caustic or solvent wash on your pump..... You need to get it done soon....if that resin sets up....you may snap the PTO shaft link when you try to run the pump. Make sure the shaft will turn by hand (with your engine off and dashboard PTO pump switch in the UNLOCK position!)

acetone always cleans up resin. of course u would need quite a bit to run through pump and then a place to dump the crap!
