Which dillon are you asking about? The Tennessee based van company or the tanker outfit?
I've heard quite a few bad reviews of dillon transport(tanker). Most of the complaints were about pay and miles. They do run petes which is a bug plus to some people. I'm not one of those people. I get paid by the mile not the brand of truck. Dillon transportation out of Tennessee runs good looking equipment sense tricks I believe.
