Thats correct. My STL said I would have to team for 6 months then switch. What pissed me off though. They asked me to go team and even sat me down with some office guy who explained all the in and outs of training. Even when I went to Seville for CDL prep they had me driving with a trainer who team's when he is not training. Prior to all that I was set up running dedicated for a Walmart account 3 minutes from my house. So yes it is my fault for letting them talk me into the switch. It seems like shit happen so fast.

Thanks again.

Well I had a trainer who also trained teams, there isnt really any difference in training either solos or teams, for a trainer. I'm glad you admitted that it was your decision to take the team position, I was waiting for another driver to complain about "how the company" made them do something they didnt want to do.

Heck yea it was my choice. Really teaming was great and we drove well together as far as driving our 11 and getting where we are suppose to ahead of schedule. We just flat out busted ass and were doing well. Hell our STL even said we were doing great and was surprised how well we did. That was simply because we paid attention in class and soaked in every thing we could during training. I was going to try driving, I was going to DO it.

It is really to bad that things went the way they did. I think back and I could of stuck it out and things would of worked out I am sure. He was trying really hard just like I was. But I am not one to second guess my gut feelings and I knew teaming was not for me.

Things have slowed to a crawl with getting on board with a good company. Crete has not called back. Maverick wants me yesturday and C. Bean wanted me last we LOL. I deffently dont want to flat bed right now. I no very little about C. Bean so I am hesitant to join. I will wait a little while longer for Crete and then make a decision. C. Bean will put me out with a trainer for 3 to 4 weeks and then I am done with that. So that is nice.

Thanks for responding. Nice to throw things past someone else. Take it easy man.

maverick bought Schneider's glass flatbed division.
I know nothing of them, but they seem like a solid company.
flatbedding, imho, would be a great experience, as you would know more than the average van jockey.
also, the exercise would lessen the chance of turning into a 500 lb diabetic sleep apniatic manball. but watch out for those lost-time injuries.
i mean, you can hurt yourself in a van, can't imagine the possibilities of tarping a load of horsemeat.

Try contacting SNI about going back for a refresher and going solo.
