With the little inverters you can charge the batteries but not run your computer and charge at the same time, at least I couldnt. I ended up taking it inside the truck stop and plugging it in while I ate.
I also use IdleAire once in a while, and I use their 110 outlet to run and charge at the same time. I think a larger hard wired inverter might solve the problem. My laptop wants to see 14.4 volts and I think that is the problem.....
