Some HHG drivers are lazy. I have my days too when I'm run down, but I load my truck 99% of the time. Its not uncommon for helpers to complain- I mean, look where they're at on the food chain  They don't have paperwork, have to be on the phone all the time, or even drive the truck (1/2 of the helpers don't have licenses anyway).

United/Mayflower's new specs are all white tractors. Most hhg companies have a grace period (around 1 year) to get is painted. Heck, why do you think Teal95KW's s/n is just that, when he ran for United?

And I DO NOT have a ride along helper. That gets old FAST. Plus, i run continental, so they'd be sitting there for 3 days (no pay) on each end. Some guys do it, but not me- the sleeper is only so big, and 1 smelly mover is better than 2 at the end of a hard day.

I was offered a job driving for George about 2 months ago. I laughed when they told me what they pay. We have a driver that worked ther for 10 years before he come to the company that I work for. makes more here and he has only been here 6 months and has a class B.

I run into a LOT of whining Allied/North American drivers. 2 weeks ago they approved 74% discounts....NOT good for o/o's. They have also been selling off agents legt and right. PM me for more info.
