The hotel is 7-8 miles away, so you have to take one of the shuttle vans. The hotel is not as nice as the the one in Des Moines. The class rooms in Des Moines and securement training is far superior inDes Moines. If I were faced with the choice of a 2-hour drive to Columbia or a 17-hour drive to Des Moines, I would definitely take the Des Moines location.
