I've seen their trucks (mostly wobble wagons) on the highways down here in Texas; other than that, I really do not know anything else about them.
I do know that hauling caskets, and for that matter, the funeral business as a whole is, for the most part, a dead industry. :P

I read an article about them a few years ago. Supposedly, it is a high claim job, and a logistics nightmare. The trailers are specially equipped to hold the caskets, and many times they have to dig into the trailer to get a single one out. They do backhauls, and supposedly it is a challenge, because of the logistics equipment in the trailers (it does not break down).
