Despite my screen name and avitar, I live in Indianapolis (Way to go Colts!!!.) But since there is enough west coast freight to justify a terminal in Ontario, CA, I would assume that living in Phoenix would be just fine.

1) Are you the kind of driver that strives/yearns for as many miles as possible or are you trying to get home everyweekend? A lot of drivers do better on their miles than I do (at least they SAY they do) but I drive slower than most. I run legal on logs and obey speed limits. If I fudged either, or both, I'm sure I could get more, but the added stress wouldn't be worth it to me anymore.

Thanks for the info. Incidently I meant that I am from Phx. However I now live in Western NC. There is a very good chance we are going to make our way back to the Phx area within the year.
I guess they would not have a problem with a driver starting one place and then moving. Marten looks good from all I have read and researched.

I have a great Fleet Manager, but if I didn't get along with him, I could change to someone else until I got someone who would work out. In a way, I suppose you could say that you could "fire" your Fleet Manager without having to leave the company. That has never been an option for me before.
