EQUIPMENT IS STRIPPED DOWN TO THE BARE MINIMUM,UP ALL DAY,DRIVE ALL NIGHT.HOPR YOU LOVE THE EASTERN SEABOARD AND 250 TO 300 MILES A DAY..BY FAR THE WORST COMPANIE I EVER WORKED FOR.BUT HAY YOU MIGHT LIKE THEM....

All the above comments are what I've been told by Heartland drivers. I thought it was a good company, but I guess you all think differently.

I agree w/ most comments here. Their pay seems to be higher than some, but miles per week are very low. When I was there, Sears was their #1 customer. They would rather have you go in 12 hours early for an appt. than have someone else risk being 30 seconds late for the same appt. That means you will be sitting and waiting for them, mostly for free. :?
