Thanks for taking the time to look into this. I know that when I called and talked to the recruiter awhile back she was adamant about the policy.
She stated to me that they offer paid days off, not weeks off.
I understand where they are getting the 5 days as that is what the office, shop get paid for but they have a 5 day work week and when combined with their other 2 days off each week they get a week.
Too some drivers this will not be a big deal, to others it would be a deal breaker, I fall into the later.
Crete is a fine company but when you look at all of the programs that they offer I am really surprised at this one. Makes you scratch your head and wonder???
