yeah i found a few other trucks parked in a dirt lot about two blocks from my house. Hoping to spot one of the drivers to ask if he has permission or is just taking his chances. If not, then I will just leave my own pickup at the Fontana drop lot and park the rig there when I am on TAH.

you may want ask your local wal mart if they will allow you to drop your

box on their lot and bobtail home

my wal mart does

cause they know i am good for a 100 bill in food and drink sales when i supply my rig

crete is a good company

just watch your trip choice

time your 15k service to occur during a long run that takes you thru

a good terminal

like wilmer texas or council bluffs

its easy to tell a drop and hook run

the del time says 0001-2359

Lisa called and I am all set and ready to go. Pickup my rental car tomorrow afternoon and heading for Phoenix tomorrow night.

So, how long did it take you to go from application to the time of your orientation? Thanks

I faxed them my application on the 11th of January. Lisa called me on the 17 to offer me employment and to ask me to get my Hazmat Endorsement as soon as possible and then call her back. I took the tests last Friday the 19th, had my fingerprints done this morning and I leave for orientation tomorrow. 8 working days.

crete has you fill out a hard copy app and mail it in

no over the phone

usually takes a week unless you overnight it

they have a web app too but i did not use it

i was set up with a rental car and heading to lincoln within 4 days of them getting my app

Jim had me print off the web application and fax it to him directly.

I didnt have my Hazmat yet so it took a few extra days.
