We talked about my little exp. and she explained I would have to run w/ a trainer for about 3 wks... I have no problem with that. Starting out at .29 cpm, .03 bonus each quarter for safety bonus with pay raise after 6 mos.... Kips41... thanks again for the info, I'm seriously considering going w/ KLLM
