I've also noticed that while "IN TRAINING" your first month or 3, some say "ADVANCE" pay... Meaning after you start driving on your own they deduct a little out of your checks until it's paid back.

Is it like that with "ALL" companies? If it is like that with all companies, do you 'HAVE" to take that pay? Can you opt not to get paid at all until you start driving on your own?

I know this sounds like a stupid question ( why not take any money ) but I get paid way better than training pay through L&I, and I think I can still receive L&I pay until I actualy start getting paid. ( need to call tomorrow to make sure )
