Did you ask any of those questions. Those people dont care-you have to ask if you want to know.

Well to play devil's advocate, she may not know the plans of all her mentors at this time because of the holidays. Also some mentors/trainers will take a break of a week or month after training to avoid newbee burnout. On top of that there is no garuntee that any given newbee will be ready to upgrade when they are suppose to be ready.

Default First Year Drivers Don't Have Much Choice

I went with Werner my first year of driving. The issues of finding a trainer/mentor are universal. Female driver/students can find a longer wait due to fewer women trainers. Just hang in there and do your first year with your company. There's no point switching until you get your first year completed. The lack of respect and or service is one of the leading reasons that drivers quit any company. Many of the choices you might make will not improve your situation, that's one of the leading contributions to high turnover in the industry.

I think this has been a problem with Swift. I recall seeing some posts from other Swift students waiting a while for mentors. Good luck and keep us posted.
