You are so right Classic. I have talked to some in the orientation as well. Two of them were from Werner and I have a friend that drives for Werner. He likes it. It all depends on what you are looking for and how you are treated. This goes with any company.

IMHO, unless you background forces you to settle for Swift, Schneider or Werner. There are FAR better carriers out there. Even big ones.
TMC newbies ROUTINELY make $60,000 their first year and are home 46 or more weekends per year. Also be careful advising someone to "put in" their 3 months and move on. Their DAC report will follow them like an angry ghost and the last thing a driver wants to be labeled as is a "job hopper" Job hoppers will not even get CONSIDERED for employment at TMC.
