no, I'm not a recruiter. But I will take a referral when I can get it as I'm sure GoldiesPlating does. He felt the need to comment to me, so I commented back. Personally I don't give a rip if he likes my avatar or not. I liked it, so I used it. If CAD or several of the regulars on here ask me to change it, I will gladly do so, but Fred's opinion alone doesn't mean much to me.
