Bunk Warmer? First time I've heard that term. :?

I did a Google search. It looks like a Bunk Warmer is a large heating pad that you sleep on. They retail in the $75 to $100 range. And they have to be plugged into the cab's electrical system.

Wouldn't it be cheaper just to buy a warmer sleeping bag that it designed for cold temperatures?

I never heard of TMC supplying them, I just run the truck with the heat on.

TMC understands that during the winter, drivers (and trucks) need to be kept warm and won't complain if you have to idle the truck. Obviously they'd LOVE it if we never idled the trucks but still, it is understood and permitted. Warm sleeping bags are ALWAYS a good idea JUST IN CASE you have a breakdown and it's cold outside. You wouldn't want to freeze to death!
