Mr. Ford,
What you said MAY be true (I don't KNOW) BUT..... a HUNDRED, employees??? I don't think that many groundskeepers exist at companies 5 times TMC's size. lol

flatbedder, my first week went WELL!!!! As luck would have it, I got a 2007 Peterbilt 379 !!! Awesome truck. I'm home now with the truck and have my first load on it now and will deliver tomorrow AM in CT.

Thanks for asking!

Good luck Flatbed Fred.

Go slow. Watch your mirrors!

More than likely we will run into each other as I end up in New England fairly often. I will listen for the rare TMC driver with a New York accent.

That IS odd joker. Maybe one or two were drivers, buddy just said he didn't know of any that were but it was possible if they happened to be in Des Moines when Deportation showed up. Hopefully things start getting better for TMC, especially for the drivers who are hanging out here on CAD. Ya'll are a good bunch.

Default how many hours do they espect

Hello my friends. I'm really frustrated because I tried to apply for w/s but the lady just lleft me a message telling me that she called my school and I don't have enough hours behind the wheel. I can't understand how that can be possible. When I was in the school I met a bunch of company recruiters and no body told us that we will need a specific amount of hours driving before I could apply to some job.I'm sure all the schools have to adhere to certain standars in order to offer programs that qualify students to effectively be part of the trucking industry. That 's what I think.

My school was P.I.A in pittsburgh PA, for reference

80.00 hours (classroom)
80.00 hours (road)

Does anyone know anything about these requirements?

thanks for your help

NERO.

Default Is Nero for real??

Nero are you for real?? after reading your post I have to ask myself as a fellow Hispanic male that you truly are embarrassing your race. If you truly want to be taken seriously then try spell check and get some credibility to your post.

A lot of companies will accept you after a 160 hour course. There are only a few that require a 200 hour course.

There are a lot of companies and you might have to go with any company that will hire you for the first year or so. Good luck.
