I'm not familiar with them. But, it sure sounds to me like I'd be looking for someone to replace them almost immediately.
You might try taking pics before they get there, and while they're doing the repair. Or, use a cam-corder. Something to show. But, did it simply go flat, or did it throw the tread? Throwing the tread can mean it was running low on air, but not always.
