Spaniards look little jaded in comparison to previous games too; maybe the night for Portugal to beat them.
Getting back to those stats I personally take no notice of; then no European team has ever won 3 consecutive tournaments, so odds are against Spain if stats ring true

If they both carry on like this then there'll not be enough players left on the park to take penalties....How many yellow cards now?

Dunno, Ian and Macca were just talking of that as it went to break at 90 minutes. They said something about the backfield of Portugal maybe, the entire backfield had been cautioned? So if you receive a yellow card your not allowed to take a PK if it gets that far? I do love how Ian and Macca say the same thing over and over about the tackle attempts that end up getting carded, "Spikes were showing." Well maybe I'm not seeing things right but methinks that the spikes will always be showing if you come in feet first, how else would you come in and make a tackle?

I like listening to them but they have a knack to state the obvious at times. The guys I've heard on Fox Soccer Net/Channel I can't stand. Can't tell you who they were but I just disliked listening to them.

Spain looked like the stronger team there in the last fifteen minutes by far. Weird how they didn't play Torres, guess they planned on playing Sunday and are saving him for that?

They have such a strong squad mate they can afford to leave players of his quality out; that's frightening really.
Should be good final as Germany are looking for 17th straight win
I can't make a call here. Let's just hope it is entertaining. Get beers in fridge for Sunday mate and I will join you then :-)

OH WOW, Germany has scored late on a PK, do they have the time to tie it still?
