I really don't understand your response, Hoggie. My post was intended to be "affirming" for Christians... in my provacative way.

I'm a BIG fan of Tebow... AND his open display of his faith (as is ordained in the Bible.)

Humility is good, I'm not happy they lost but I'm ok with it. I am not a Brady fan but I would have felt bad if newbie Tebow beat him. It was a good game, I was hoarse from screaming.

Well... how BOUT that Tebow???

I was really looking forward to some discussion here. By the time I get back next week... Denver may be out of the playoffs. But... I got some things to say about Tebow and his comeback!

Any of y'all hear about the "coincidence" between his favorite passage John 3:16 and his stats?

I can't believe Blitzburgh was loading up against the run and daring Tebow to beat them with his arm. The winning TD pass, the box was getting loaded up at the snap, everyone on defense was 100% certain it was a run play which left the corners in man coverage. The Denver WR saw it and put on a slant right where the safety should have been. All Pittsburgh had was 2 corners to try and make the tackle. Guess they figured they'd take their chances of Tebow possibly beating them by making a few plays with his arm because they were selling out on the run all game long. That was why Tebow kept hitting the big pass plays. Had they not kept selling out, Tebow doesn't beat them with his arm.

That said, how about that Denver D, they held Pittsburgh to 2 first half FG's then came up with a stop late with Pittsburgh driving for a possible winning FG. Got a big sack and knocked them out of any shot at a long FG.

Tebow who? He got Brady Bunched. There is only 1 superhero football player in the New England area who knows magic like Tebow and his name ain't Brady either, Flutie is his name. Brady though, he went all Tecmo Bowl on the Denver D, 5 TD passes in the first half, 6 for the game to break/tie NFL records. Had a shot to break all the playoffs records for TD passes with 7 in a game but Belicheck wouldn't allow him to throw the ball in the red zone with under 5 minutes to go.

Brady Bunched?

Brady had far more time to throw those TD passes and the defensive line did most of the work.

Brady Bunched, like the TV show...........

Denver just plain got beat all around. They couldn't get pressure on Brady like they did against Big Ben. Wonder what Brady's dinner bill will be this week when he takes his front 5 out to dinner, carte le blanche for those boys. Tebow was doing a lot of running for his own life, the Pat's front 4 kept finding their way into the pocket and unlike the week before, the Pat's D wasn't selling out to stop the run game of Denver. They played their normal D
