there going to jump all over you on this board, getting pass this will take a lot of work and at mim 6mo to compleat sap. first thing you need to do is ask your self is weed/or any drug going to be part of your life. 2 pos test your done. ancer this and i will help you with the steps you must first take. but s h i t you not its not a easy road and you need to be upfront,

 

If you were terminated for a positive test you will still have to go through whatever the SAP requires before being eligible for work.

For three years(min)your past employer will disclose that info to any prospective employer.(driving job under FMCSA) If they terminated you for a positive it's doubtfull that they would lie on your behalf.

Whether or not they report to DAC has no bearing on it.Just makes it easier to find out if they do report.
