Unhappy what to do when your not paid for a load completed.

Hey Truckers, Has anyone ever not get paid from a company. Did a load last week, sent in all paper work, request quick pay. Check was supposingly mailed Monday. Still haven't gotten it. What's a trucker to do?

Check with the company payroll department to see if and when the check was mailed. You can check with the dispatcher first, if you want and let them fix the problem.

I hope you have made and kept copies of all your load sheets and all other paperwork. If you have to take it to court, you'll need all that for proof.

Chances are good that the check is just taking a little longer to get to you.

If you owned the truck file against their bond, if the bond has expired then file a small claims law suit ,,and most off all TELL EVERY ONE EVERY WHERE WHO THE SLEZ BAGS IS!!! AND NEVER EVER HAUL AN OTHER LOAD FOR THEM NO MATTER WHAT IT PAYS
