Default DAC question
I hope you can help me. Is it possible for me to obtain a current copy of my DAC report? If it is, how is it done?

Contact HireRight DAC Trucking Solutions at (800) 381-0645 and request information on obtaining your report. You'll probably need to request the report in writing due to security concerns and you'll want to include a copy of your driver's license and social security card. The address for HireRight/DAC is:
